Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old, or a qualified medical cannabis patient with a valid recommendation, to use this site or purchase products. A valid, matching government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that cannot be age- or identity-verified.

Delivery

• We deliver only within our licensed California service area.
• Estimated delivery times (1–3 hrs) are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with demand.
• An adult 21+ with valid ID must be present to receive the order. We cannot leave cannabis products unattended.
• Order minimums and delivery fees may apply and vary by city.

Pricing & payment

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change and to real-time inventory. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may include cash or debit at the door.

Promotions & loyalty

Promo codes and loyalty rewards are subject to their individual terms, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited, modified, or discontinued at any time. Rewards and points have no cash value.

Returns

For safety and compliance reasons, cannabis products generally cannot be returned. If a product arrives defective or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will work to make it right in accordance with California regulations.
